30-day refund guarantee

If you're not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or stops working, email us a photo or short video within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to send anything back.

Change of mind

Contact us within 30 days of delivery before sending anything back, and we'll give you the return address. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive the item, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Lost or late orders

Every order ships with insured, tracked shipping. If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact us and we'll reship it or refund you in full.
