Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days. Every order includes a tracking number, emailed to you when your order ships.

Shipping cost

Standard Insured Shipping is about $5. Orders over about $90 ship free, including every 2- and 3-shawl bundle. The exact amount is shown at checkout.

Problems with delivery

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact us through our Contact page and we'll reship it or refund you in full.
